Friendly and engaging wait staff, second time eating here while visiting Halifax as we had to come back for a lobster roll. Our youngest according to the waiter was the first person to order a poutine with lobster as a topping (well worth it we all got a small bite before he devoured the majority)

I am on a New England Coach Tour, from NH. We had a night dinner on our own. I chose this business due to the seafood menu. I had the Seafood Platter & it was perfectly cooked & absolutely excellent..

Came here for the lobster eggs Benedict and it did not disappoint! Tons of tender lobster and tasty 3.50 mimosas to go with. On top of this the service was phenomenal and our waiter even gave us some tips on local shops, markets and fun things to do. Don't miss out on this place!

What a great place! Easily accommodates parties of up to 4. Solid variety in the menu. Breakfast/ brunch / lunch. I had a lobster roll and soup (fish chowder), pictured. Both were delicious and hit my east coast fix while stopping in town briefly. Super friendly and attentive service. Would absolutely return!

When we walked in, the place was packed and very busy. Despite that, we were greeted at the door quickly and with a big smile by Leo. We had our suitcase with us and he showed us where to leave it and feel secure that it would not be touched by anyone else. There was barely a wait for a table, but he offered us a booth if we were willing to wait another two minutes, so that we would be more comfortable. They were very friendly, welcoming, and genuine. The chowder was out of this world. The Caesar could use an improvement, but the fish and chips were amazing. I like the selection of local beers. I highly recommend this place. ando

Fantastic seafood spot! This is a classic Nova Scotia lobster house with a wide selection of seafood dishes—and even options for those who don’t eat seafood. I ordered the lobster dinner and it was incredible—full of flavor and came with all the sides you could want: clam chowder, potato salad, coleslaw, and rice pudding for dessert. I’ve tried lobster dinners at other places, but nothing compares to the quality and price here. Great service, great atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Went there when visiting Halifax downtown. The atmosphere is great and service was fantastic. We like our food and the amount and price was great. 2 things to improve upon for a 5 star in my book: have bigger coleslaw salad with the fish chips and less chips. Fresh veggies to make the steamed veggies for the grilled salmon. As is, it’s definitely made from frozen veggies, for a dish that’s 20, and we are in season for fresh veggies, just use fresh broccoli and carrots please!
